Position: Goalkeeper
Date of birth: 16/10/1988
Place of birth: Nuneaton, Emgland
Previous clubs: Tamworth, Bury, Southend, Accrington, Mansfield, Swindon, Wrexham

Belford was with Coventry City as a youth, but made his senior debut on loan at Tamworth in 2006 with his father on the bench as backup. The shot-stopper left the Sky Blues without making an appearance to join Bury in 2007. His 6 years at Gigg Lane saw him make 85 Shakers outings, plus another 25 games while on loan at Southend United and Accrington Stanley. A full season at Tamworth and a spell with Rushall Olympic followed, before he moved to Swindon Town. With a record of 7 clean sheets in his first 10 games for the Blues on loan from Wrexham, he quickly became a fan favourite, and has since won hearts around the club for his performances and his larger than life personality. Cammy is of course well known for his off the ball antics, and even featured on Soccer AM after a
video of the keeper doing pushups mid-game went viral.

Danny Stoney

Danny Stoney

Position: Striker
Date of birth: 5/5/1996
Place of birth: Paisley
Previous clubs: Rangers, Neilston Juniors

Danny initially signed for Stranraer on loan from Rangers back in 2014, having come through the youth ranks at Murray Park. A promising striker blessed with blistering pace, he was primarily used as a second half substitute in his first spell with the Blues, scoring twice, but suffered a long-term injury upon his return to Rangers and found himself without a club.

He returned as a trialist during our hunt for a striker in the 2015/16 season, including a late cameo at Forfar. Unfortunately, an injury whilst playing for the under 20s at Somerset Park would end his chances of a contract. After a single term at junior side Neilston, Danny's attitude and endeavour in pre-season earned him a contract for 2017/18.
