Morgyn Neill FBStranraer FC have completed the loan signing of Morgyn Neill from Livingston.

Neill, 20, began his career at Motherwell, before moving to the Lions in 2015. The 6 foot 2 defender has made 40 appearances for the Lions' first team, and joins us until the end of the season.

Franko 4Defender Frank McKeown tonight agreed his release from Stranraer FC. 

McKeown has been a fantastic servant throughout his 192 appearances for the Blues, but has found first team opportunities limited since his return to Stair Park.

All at the club would like to wish Frank the very best in his further career.
