WallaceStevie Farrell made his first new signing of the transfer window tonight, with striker Ryan Wallace putting pen to paper.

Wallace, 26, started his career with Hearts as a youth, followed by spells at Raith Rovers, Airdrieonians and East Fife, where he scored 28 goals in 45 appearances.

The forward then spent 4 years at Dunfermline Athletic, and scored in his first 4 games of the 2015/16 season as the Pars romped to the Ladbrokes League 1 title.

Last season, Wallace was a key man for Albion Rovers, and Blues supporters will no doubt remember his brace against Stranraer in a 3-2 win for Rovers back in November 2016, and his goal in their 3-0 win at Cliftonhill just one month ago.

We look forward to welcoming Ryan to the squad in June upon expiry of his Albion Rovers contract.
